Our Services
Family Support
Practical everyday help to keep families, safe, connected, and moving forward.
VISITATION SERVICES
Our Supervised Visitation Services provide a safe, structured, and family-focused environment for parents and children to spend meaningful time together. While most referrals come through the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) or court mandates, we also accept private pay referrals.
Visits may take place in our office, which features three large, comfortable visiting rooms, as well as in the home or community, depending on the needs of each family. All visits are supported by trained staff who ensure safety while fostering a positive and supportive environment for connection.
During each visit, staff offer gentle guidance to help parents build and strengthen positive parenting skills, encouraging healthy interaction and meaningful engagement with their children. Our goal is to make every visit a nurturing and supportive experience, helping families grow stronger and promoting lasting, positive relationships.
HABILITATION SERVICES
Our Habilitation Program supports families referred through the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) by providing hands-on assistance with daily living and home management. Services focus on essential skills such as parenting, budgeting, cleaning, organizing, and completing household tasks.
Trained staff work directly with participants in their homes, offering guidance, coaching, and practical support to help families establish routines, build independence, and maintain a safe and organized environment. The program is designed to strengthen family functioning and promote stability, helping both parents and children thrive.
HOUSING ADVOCACY
Our Housing Advocacy Program provides a supportive, structured, and client-centered approach to securing stable housing. While most referrals come through the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), we serve both youth and adults through programs tailored to their unique needs.
Youth in care are supported through the Youth in Care Program, helping them transition toward independence with guidance, resources, and advocacy. Adults benefit from the Norman Housing Program, which assists with navigating housing options, maintaining stability, and connecting with community resources. In addition, clients are supported in gaining and maintaining stable employment through assistance with job searches, reviewing job postings, building resumes, completing applications, and preparing for interviews to promote long-term independence and stability.
Throughout the program, our trained staff work closely with each client to provide individualized support, offer guidance on housing applications, and empower participants to achieve safe, sustainable living arrangements. Our goal is to ensure every client has the resources and encouragement needed to build a stable and successful future.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Our Transportation Program provides safe and reliable rides for clients referred by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to approved appointments.
Rides are arranged based on each client’s needs and may include trips to medical visits, social service appointments, or other essential destinations. Our trained staff ensure that every trip is safe, timely, and supportive, helping clients access the resources they need without added stress or barriers.
Through this program, we aim to remove transportation challenges, making it easier for clients to stay connected to the services and support that promote stability and well-being.
