COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS PROGRAM
Our Community Connections program offers short-term, voluntary support for families who have been the subject of a call or report to the State Central Register (SCR) hotline and are assessed as low risk for ongoing DCFS involvement.
Designed as a preventative measure, the program helps families access resources, build skills, and strengthen connections within their community. Our goal is to provide guidance and support that promotes family stability and prevents future crises.
